Heat resistant painted chassis with seam welding.
Porcelain coated roasting hood with temperature gauge.
Generous removable warming rack.
Porcelain coated cast iron cooking surfaces with reversable flat/griddle plate and grill.
Galvanised steel vaporiser for hygiene durability and heat efficiency and reduced flare ups.

Maintenance

Use Weather Cover to protect BBQ when not in use. Clean cooking surfaces by heating and brushing gently with brass bristle brush. Cooking surfaces can be coated with olive oil prior to storage to add protection. Periodically clean the burners with brush and check holes on burners for blockages. Drip tray should be emptied and cleaned frequently and all steel and stainless steel cleaning from time to time to maintain surface quality.
