Technical Details

Pressure Treated sturdy uprights. Supplied with all hardware for installation. All swings have sturdy wooden cross braces which gives strength and enormously aids stability . Swings have 100mm soft feel polyethylene ropes and heavy duty blow moulded seats. Recommended age 3-12 years. Allow a 180cm safety perimeter. For domestic use. Comes with good clear instructions for easy construction.

The wood comes from FSC accredited plantations. Buying FSC certified garden furniture ensures you are buying from companies that believe in good staff welfare, and meet environmental and sustainability targets set by FSC. Buying FSC certified products will encourage more forest owners to join the FSC programme and manage their resource in an environmentally responsible way.

Maintenance
Softwood timber will fade to a pleasing silver tone in natural light. It is prefectly acceptable to leave it like this. You can stain your Play Centre any colour using a water based wood stain. (Follow manufacturers instructions). It is not uncommon for small splits to occur in the timber. These will normally go back when humidity rises. This is nature at work and is perfectly normal. It does not affect the strength and durabilility of your play centre.
